Category:Passages (architecture)

Do we have a clear difference between Category:Passages (architecture) and Category:Building passageways? Themightyquill (talk) 20:46, 2 February 2020 (UTC)[reply]

@Themightyquill, @Joshbaumgartner: Can we maybe say, that Category:Passages (architecture) is an overcat of Category:Building passageways?  Support Merge. Without clear differences let there be one main category for all covered walkways within or between buildings. I indeed prefer Category:Passages (architecture). --JopkeB (talk) 08:50, 18 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]
It turns out there are more categories about related concepts:

 Support Arcades and gateways are a separate thing IMO but Category:Passages (architecture), Category:Passageways, Category:Covered walkways, and Category:Building passageways are all super redundant. They should all be merged into Category:Passageways or at least Category:Building passageways and Category:Passages (architecture) should be up-merged since all passageways are inherently a part of buildings and are therefore architectural. --Adamant1 (talk) 03:55, 16 February 2025 (UTC)[reply]
