In the coming months, the Wikimedia Foundation will be hosting a series of community conversations with Wikimedia Commons volunteers and stakeholders to help prioritize support efforts for 2025-2026 Fiscal Year. While our current efforts focus on relieving moderator burden through improvements to the UploadWizard, there are a wide variety of interests and needs across the project that we hope to discuss with and across community members in the coming months.

This page is meant to be a discussion hub that will help to surface and then explore the challenges we now face among Commons contributors and users, with the intention that this will lead us to identify key strategic trade-offs.
