Dear Christian,

If you can use Adobe Photoshop to remove the single leaf at the bottom of this grave of Raymond Burr in Canada, I will appreciate it. I got this image licensed freely. He became famous in Hollywood as Perry Mason, the TV movie lawyer, but decided to have his burial back in Canada with his parents. He did not forget his Canadian roots. DRs closed by you

Hello @Christian Ferrer, hope you are doing well. This is regarding Commons:Deletion requests/File:Satyadeo Singh Kushwaha.jpg & Commons:Deletion requests/File:Ajay Kumar.jpg closed by you as kept. You have the reason that the previous one was closed as no permission. Correct. The admin reviewed these two successfully. Correct. But the whole point is that though the images are definitely present on the website, it has taken it from elsewhere. Like example do a simple Google image search and you will find that Ajay Kumar's image is present elsewhere like on the Election Commission of India website for more than 4 years. Also when you read that discussion you will find that images aren't own work of the mentioned website and it has no rights to release them under any license hence no permission. See Ajay Kumar's image on Bihar Legislative Assembly website (Deep link). This is the exact same case as of the cited discussion. @Shaan Sengupta: Hello, I made Google/Yandex/TinEye image searches. I have no other results for Satyadeo Singh Kushwaha, and two results for Ajay Kumar, one is a link that is not working for me, the other [1], as far I can see, don't provide evidence of prior publication. If you you have links to publications dating from before the licences reviews, then give them so that I can see them and I will delete the images. Overwise the current situation is fine for me, but if you disagree you can again nominate the images for deletions, I will not take offense and will refrain from closing them. See Affidavit at Election Commission of India's website. If this link doesn't work for you then go for Candidate Custom Filter. You need to fill the 5 boxes. Election-September-2020 then AC-General then Bihar then 2 then Bibhutipur. Then click on Filter. Then type Ajay in the search by name section you will get it. Also if you see image's deep link of ECI website you will be able to understand that the date it was published i.e. 14 October 2020. Thank you. Obviously. I just now noticed that all of them are Election Commission of India's website. So I believe its unlikely to work for you (maybe). An admin located in India maybe can help. @Ratekreel can you please help here? Also Satyadev Kushwaha's same image is available on his affidavit. Just click on his name (sr. 3) and a Pdf will open. But since they have uploaded B&W copy of the affidavit, the image is also the same. But it shows that even that image isn't owned by the mentioned website PRS. Christian, in casse you encounter some kind of geoblocking (likely the case, here) and if you do not have a VPN already, you may try either the Tor Browser or the Opera Browser, both can fulfil a need to appear as user from another location (as Opera has a built-in free VPN and you can fetch yourself any Tor exit node you need, after some retries). The Opera VPN only allows for a quite broad regionalization (e.g. "North and South America"), so that may be the reason why an Indian server won't allow a visitor from e.g. the Philippines (see above). On Tor, you can retry for an exit node that's specific to one country. Most are European (Germany, The Netherlands) or from the US, though, so several retries for it will likely necessary.
